Complaint Management Process in accordance with SA8000

All interested parties and stakeholders (workers, customers, suppliers, financial partners, local authorities, etc.) connected with the activities of Seawell S.r.l. may raise concerns, issues, complaints, incidents, and grievances if they identify actual or potential negative impacts on human rights. These include any failure to comply with the principles of the SA8000:2026 standard – Standard for Decent Work, relating to Seawell S.r.l. or its business partners.

The principles of the SA8000 standard are:

  • Protection of Children and Young Workers
  • Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining
  • Free and Fair Recruitment, Employment and Termination
  • Decent Hours, Wages and Benefits
  • Freedom from Discrimination
  • Health and Safety
  • Privacy

For this purpose, Form 304 is available to all interested parties in both Italian and English. The form can be downloaded, completed for this type of report, and submitted as indicated in the form itself.
