These include any failure to comply with the principles of the <strong>SA8000:2026 standard \u2013 Standard for Decent Work<\/strong>, relating to <strong>Seawell S.r.l.<\/strong> or its business partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The principles of the SA8000 standard are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protection of Children and Young Workers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Free and Fair Recruitment, Employment and Termination<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decent Hours, Wages and Benefits<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Freedom from Discrimination<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health and Safety<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Privacy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this purpose, <strong>Form 304<\/strong> is available to all interested parties in both <strong>Italian and English<\/strong>. The form can be downloaded, completed for this type of report, and submitted as indicated in the form itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methods for submitting a complaint \/ report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>By mail:<\/strong> SEAWELL S.r.l.
